The short version

Your bank statement PDF is opened and read inside your browser. We do not receive it, store it or see it. We have no user accounts and no advertising trackers. The page carries a Content Security Policy with connect-src 'none', which makes your browser refuse any attempt by the page's code to send data out.

What stays on your device

• Your PDF, the rows read from it and the CSV live only in the browser tab's memory and disappear when you close or reload it. The CSV is created on your device and saved by your browser.
• We use your browser's local storage for your language choice and your license key. This data never leaves your device; clear site data to erase it.

What we collect

• Waiting list and support. If you email us (for example to join the launch list), we keep your address and the correspondence to answer you and to tell you once when paid plans open. Ask us to delete it at any time.
• Purchases (once sales open). Payments will be processed by Stripe, which collects card and billing details under its own privacy policy. We will receive your email address, name (if provided), country and payment status to send your license key, give support and keep records. We never see your card number.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address and request headers to deliver and protect the site.
• No analytics or cookies today. We do not currently run analytics or set cookies. If we add privacy-friendly, cookieless usage counting later (for example counting visits, never file contents), we will update this page first.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts serves the Inter typeface; your browser requests it from Google, which can see your IP address.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare) serves the open-source PDF.js library. Only the code is downloaded; your file is not sent.
• Stripe will handle payments once sales open.

Legal basis and sharing

We process purchase and waiting-list data to perform the contract with you or at your request, and for legal record keeping. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers above, and when the law requires it. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.

Retention

Purchase and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Support and waiting-list emails are kept for as long as needed, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or Turkey's KVKK) you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Email ege@appxiom.co. See GDPR and KVKK for official information.

Children

Statement2CSV is a work tool and is not directed at children under 16.

Cihazında kalanlar

Neleri topluyoruz

• Bekleme listesi ve destek. Bize e-posta atarsan (örneğin açılış listesine girmek için) adresini ve yazışmayı sana yanıt vermek ve ücretli paketler açıldığında bir kez haber vermek için saklarız. İstediğin zaman silmemizi isteyebilirsin.
• Satın alma (satış açıldığında). Ödemeleri Stripe işleyecek; kart ve fatura bilgilerini Stripe kendi gizlilik politikasına göre toplar. Biz e-posta adresini, (verdiysen) adını, ülkeni ve ödeme durumunu alırız; lisans anahtarını göndermek, destek vermek ve kayıt tutmak için. Kart numaranı asla görmeyiz.
• Barındırma kayıtları. Site Cloudflare Pages üzerinde yayınlanır. Her web sunucusu gibi Cloudflare, siteyi sunmak ve korumak için IP adresi ve istek başlıkları gibi teknik veriyi işleyebilir.
• Bugün analitik veya çerez yok. Şu an analitik çalıştırmıyor, çerez bırakmıyoruz. İleride gizlilik dostu, çerezsiz kullanım sayımı eklersek (örneğin ziyaret sayısı, dosya içeriği asla) önce bu sayfayı güncelleriz.

Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

• Google Fonts, Inter yazı tipini sunar; tarayıcın bunu Google'dan ister ve Google IP adresini görebilir.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare), açık kaynaklı PDF.js kütüphanesini sunar. Yalnızca kod iner; senin dosyan gönderilmez.
• Satış açıldığında ödemeleri Stripe işleyecek.

Hukuki dayanak ve paylaşım

Satın alma ve bekleme listesi verisini seninle sözleşmeyi yerine getirmek veya talebin üzerine işlem yapmak ve yasal kayıt tutmak için işleriz. Kişisel veriyi satmayız. Yalnızca yukarıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla ve yasa gerektirdiğinde paylaşırız. Verilerin, bu sağlayıcıların çalıştığı ABD ve diğer ülkelerde işlenebilir.

Saklama süresi

Satın alma ve vergi kayıtları yasanın gerektirdiği süre kadar tutulur. Destek ve bekleme listesi e-postaları gerektiği kadar saklanır, sonra silinir.

Haklarınız

Bulunduğun yere göre (örneğin AB GDPR veya Türkiye KVKK) verine erişmeyi, düzeltmeyi, silmeyi veya işlenmesine itiraz etmeyi isteyebilirsin. ege@appxiom.co adresine yaz. Resmi bilgi için: KVKK, GDPR.
