1. The service
Statement2CSV is a browser-based tool that reads text-based bank statement PDFs and turns them into a table and a CSV file. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. No accuracy guarantee
Statement2CSV works on text-based PDFs only. It does not do OCR, so scanned or photographed statements cannot be read. Bank layouts differ and change, so we do not guarantee that every row, date, description or amount is read correctly. The row count and balance checks show whether the numbers are consistent with each other; they do not prove the output is complete or correct. Always compare the result with your original statement. The tool is not accounting, tax, audit or legal advice and does not replace a qualified professional.
3. Your files
Your PDF is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to us. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you open.
4. Plans and license keys
- Free: view the first 10 rows and the checks. CSV download is locked.
- Single Pack (one-time, USD 7): PDFs up to 100 pages, CSV download, key valid for 30 days from issue.
- Pro Monthly (USD 12 per month): unlimited pages, CSV download. A new key is issued each billing period by email. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Features described as planned on the site are not part of the plan until released.
- Lifetime (one-time, USD 69, first 100 buyers): the Pro features for as long as Statement2CSV is offered.
- Paid plans are not on sale yet. These terms describe them for when sales open.
- Keys are for your own use. Do not publish or resell keys. We may deactivate abused keys.
- Key checks run in your browser, so they depend on your device and are an honour system.
5. Payments, cancellation, refunds
Payments will be handled by Stripe. Prices are in USD; taxes, where required, are shown at checkout. Every plan has a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund: email ege@appxiom.co within 7 days of purchase and we refund the payment in full. Cancel Pro at any time by emailing the same address; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. (Rules on withdrawal for digital content differ by country; see for example Turkey's Law No. 6502 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.)
6. Delivery
The license key is delivered digitally by email to the address used at checkout, usually within one day. There is nothing to download. If you do not receive it, check spam and write to us with your receipt.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, reverse engineer it for resale, or attempt to disrupt it. The tool uses the open-source PDF.js library under the Apache 2.0 license. Bank names on the site only describe layouts; Statement2CSV is not affiliated with or endorsed by any bank.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided as is. We may change features, prices for new purchases, or discontinue the service; for an active paid period we will honor your access or refund the unused part.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Appxiom Spark LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from decisions based on output produced by the tool. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

1. Hizmet
Statement2CSV, metin tabanlı banka ekstresi PDF'lerini okuyup tabloya ve CSV dosyasına çeviren, tarayıcıda çalışan bir araçtır. Kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersin.
2. Doğruluk garantisi yok
Statement2CSV yalnızca metin tabanlı PDF'lerle çalışır. OCR yapmaz; bu yüzden taranmış veya fotoğraflanmış ekstreler okunamaz. Banka düzenleri farklıdır ve değişir; bu yüzden her satırın, tarihin, açıklamanın veya tutarın doğru okunacağını garanti etmeyiz. Satır sayısı ve bakiye kontrolleri, rakamların birbiriyle tutarlı olup olmadığını gösterir; çıktının eksiksiz veya doğru olduğunu kanıtlamaz. Sonucu her zaman orijinal ekstrenle karşılaştır. Araç muhasebe, vergi, denetim veya hukuki tavsiye değildir ve nitelikli bir uzmanın yerine geçmez.
3. Dosyaların
PDF'in tarayıcında işlenir, bize yüklenmez. Açtığın dosyaları kullanma hakkına sahip olmak senin sorumluluğundur.
4. Planlar ve lisans anahtarları
- Ücretsiz: ilk 10 satırı ve kontrolleri görürsün. CSV indirme kilitlidir.
- Tek Paket (tek seferlik, 7 USD): 100 sayfaya kadar PDF, CSV indirme, anahtar verildiği tarihten itibaren 30 gün geçerli.
- Pro Aylık (ayda 12 USD): sınırsız sayfa, CSV indirme. Her fatura döneminde e-postayla yeni anahtar verilir. Abonelik iptal edilene kadar aylık yenilenir. Sitede planlı olarak anlatılan özellikler yayınlanana kadar plana dahil değildir.
- Ömür Boyu (tek seferlik, 69 USD, ilk 100 alıcı): Statement2CSV sunulduğu sürece Pro özellikleri.
- Ücretli paketler henüz satışta değil. Bu koşullar, satış açıldığında geçerli olacak şekilde onları anlatır.
- Anahtarlar kendi kullanımın içindir. Anahtarları yayınlama, satma. Kötüye kullanılan anahtarları devre dışı bırakabiliriz.
- Anahtar kontrolü tarayıcında çalışır; cihazına bağlıdır ve güven esasına dayanır.
5. Ödeme, iptal, iade
Ödemeleri Stripe yürütecek. Fiyatlar USD; gerekli yerlerde vergiler ödeme ekranında görünür. Her pakette 7 gün koşulsuz iade vardır: satın almadan sonraki 7 gün içinde ege@appxiom.co adresine yaz, ödemeni tam olarak iade edelim. Pro'yu aynı adrese yazarak istediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin; ödenmiş dönem sonuna kadar erişimin sürer. Tüketici olarak yasal hakların saklıdır. (Dijital içerikte cayma kuralları ülkeye göre değişir; örneğin Türkiye'de 6502 sayılı Kanun ve AB'de Tüketici Hakları Direktifi.)
6. Teslimat
Lisans anahtarı dijital olarak, ödemede kullandığın e-posta adresine genelde bir gün içinde gönderilir. İndirilecek bir dosya yoktur. Gelmezse spam klasörüne bak ve makbuzunla bize yaz.
7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Hizmeti kötüye kullanma, yeniden satış için tersine mühendislik yapma veya hizmeti aksatmaya çalışma. Araç, Apache 2.0 lisanslı açık kaynak PDF.js kütüphanesini kullanır. Sitedeki banka adları yalnız düzenleri anlatır; Statement2CSV hiçbir bankayla bağlantılı değildir ve hiçbir banka tarafından onaylanmamıştır.
8. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Hizmet olduğu gibi sunulur. Özellikleri, yeni satın almalar için fiyatları değiştirebilir veya hizmeti sonlandırabiliriz; ödenmiş aktif dönem için erişimini sürdürürüz ya da kullanılmayan kısmı iade ederiz.
9. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Yasanın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde Appxiom Spark LLC, dolaylı veya sonuç olarak doğan zararlardan ya da aracın ürettiği çıktıya dayanan kararların zararlarından sorumlu değildir. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Yasayla sınırlanamayan sorumluluk bu maddeyle sınırlanmaz.
